What to re-check after October 2026
Shinji is free. Virus Overlord is the Early Access character. Hitboxes were called out for improvement. Re-test old one-shot routes, especially anything that used Shinji's head hitbox or a pre-awakening cooldown reset.

- Free Shinji and Virus Overlord
On 17 October 2026 at 16:00 UTC, Shinji became free. Virus Overlord entered Early Access. The same update was announced with hitbox improvements. Community footage showed Shinji base finishers, a Body Flicker variant, and Virus Overlord's base kit with two awakening moves and no finishers.
- Jun becomes free and Shinji launches
On 23 March 2025 Jun became free and gained Piercing Tempest and One Inch Punch. Shinji launched as Early Access with four base moves and a wall combo. Martial Legend gained Flow State. Pro servers, voice servers, VIP servers, and the killstreak Gold rule were added.
- Jun's second awakening and the winter map
On 24 December 2024 Jun gained Phantom Sever and four finishers. VIP added a cape, a title, hide-kills, an arrival message, and 15 percent off Gold prices. A winter map and a smoother ragdoll system shipped with that patch.
- Jun awakens and Gold is defined
On 7 October 2024 Jun gained Virgule Cascade, the No More Games awakening, and Savage Fangs. The same notes set kill Gold at 10 and introduced the Awakening Outfit gamepass.
- Fang Dance and Draconic Honor
On 18 August 2024 Jun gained Fang Dance, a first-move finisher, and a wall combo. Martial Legend gained the ultimate move Draconic Honor.
